When you contacted CCleaner customer support on Sunday evening asking to cancel your subscription renewal I can see that you did so under your registered email address (thanks for that - it makes sure that you are automatically identified as a CCleaner customer so that you can get answered faster) and received a response 3 hours later at 01:40 am Monday morning. Please note that all they do is to forward your requests to us - so it is quicker to contact CCleaner customer support directly.
